A simple player for your own playlists.

Stream House is a media player only. It does not provide, sell, or include any channels, movies, playlists, or subscriptions. You add a playlist source you already have, and Stream House plays it.

M3U & M3U8 Playlists
Load your playlist from a URL or a file. Stream House reads it and sorts the items into their groups.
Xtream Codes Login
Sign in with the server address, username, and password you got from your own provider.
Multiple Playlists
Save more than one playlist and switch between them at any time, all in one app.
Built-in Video Player
Plays common formats such as HLS, MPEG-TS, and MP4 using hardware-accelerated decoding.
EPG Support
Shows XMLTV program guide data when your playlist includes it, and lets you set reminders.
Favorites & History
Pin items from your playlist and pick up where you left off.

App Description

Stream House is a media player for IPTV playlists. It plays media from M3U/M3U8 playlists or Xtream Codes accounts that the user already has from a third-party source of their own choosing.

Stream House does not provide, host, sell, or include any content, channels, playlists, or subscriptions. The app contains no built-in media and is empty on first launch until the user adds their own playlist. We are not affiliated with any content or IPTV provider.

  • A parental control PIN lets users lock categories in their own playlist
  • The app uses local network permission to enable casting (AirPlay / Chromecast)
  • Background audio mode is used to keep audio playing when the app is in the background
  • Push notifications are optional and used only for EPG reminders
